About Us

Hello I am Sean Middleton and I run Airport Connect MK. I have been in the taxi industry for over 20 years and I believe I understand and know how to deliver all customer requirements. What I personally do is when you make a booking I oversee this for you. We do this with checks and communication to make sure there are no mistakes or misunderstandings. When you book you will receive a text to the passenger mobile and also an email to the person who made the booking and the passenger if these are different. You then at 16:00 UK time the day before the booking will receive a text and email with the drivers details, Then after your booking you will receive a text with a link to let us know your feedback, We also have the same procedure with the driver who receive an email with the booking when allocated then the day before he receive a text with an acknowledgement link to let me know he has received it and understand fully what he is doing. What we do as an Airport Connect MK is we specialise in airport taxi service and go to all of the UK major airports but that's not all we also do. We also do sporting events, seaports, weddings, meetings and any type of event you may require.. We are based in Milton Keynes but we also operate in Aylesbury, Bedford, Buckingham, Luton & Northampton and all surrounding towns and villages.
